So I've been really depressed lately.
Life is just a bit of an issue at this current point in time and I haven’t been eating correctly. I know it’s no excuse and I haven’t gone completely overboard like eating fast food and such I just could have made healthier options. Tomorrow (so in 2 hours when it hits 12, going to sleep now) is when I am going back into concentration mode. I really need to get life back on...
Bench pressed for the first time today
Sureeee it had no weights on it but the bar alone was heavy. I’ll work my way up there one day! Gotta start somewhere right?
Worst day ever.
I exercised sure but I ate so many bad things today. Stress still puts me back to having ‘comfort food’ dammit. Oh well tomorrows a new day. Can’t all be saints.

So there was this guy I liked.
& he seemed to like me to, which I was completely shocked out. Anyway. I left my laptop open and he was just browsing through my pictures and came across my loose skin ones, needless to say he hasn’t talked to me since and he left saying he can’t be with someone who’s body looks like that. I think I dodged a bullet there…
When I reach my UGW
I want to learn how to pole dance! My god have you seen the muscles on those women who do it? They’re incredible! One hell of a work out it must be.

60mins on the treadmill running. Weights. 20 mins on the summit trainer more weights. 40 mins on the bike. weights 30 on the elliptical more weights then 10 mins on the rower. Feeling fan-freaking-tastic. Off to work soon then I may come home to do some boxing.

Went to a garage sale today
I BOUGHT A PUNCHING BAG! HELLLL YES!<3 Hopefully we get some amazing weather this spring and summer so I can hook it up outside and work on my boxing. So excited you have no idea.
Not going to the gym today
Because it’s my day off and I’m itching to exercise so I’m going to mow the lawns….for various family member’s. Still exercise right. Let’s do this.
