Life is just a bit of an issue at this current point in time and I haven’t been eating correctly. I know it’s no excuse and I haven’t gone completely overboard like eating fast food and such I just could have made healthier options.
Tomorrow (so in 2 hours when it hits 12, going to sleep now) is when I am going back into concentration mode. I really need to get life back on track for my own health and sanity. Wish me luck.
That guy doesn't deserve you. Loose skin and old stretch marks are signs of strength and success if he doesn't recognise that and appreciate the amazing feat you have accomplished hes not worth a second of your time.
& he seemed to like me to, which I was completely shocked out. Anyway. I left my laptop open and he was just browsing through my pictures and came across my loose skin ones, needless to say he hasn’t talked to me since and he left saying he can’t be with someone who’s body looks like that.
Your blog has inspired me to get off my bum and hit the gym, how do you stick to exercising for such a long time without giving up early? :)
It has? :O I’m so happy to hear that :) and how do I stick it out, I tend to do my most favoured machines first such as the treadmill or elliptical as long as I push myself hard on those things I can let my workout dwindle down onto easier things like the bike, stair machine and weights. Finding things that your own body loves is best :)
What is your average work out? What is your most intense workout? From your last workout post, you sound like a beast in the gym ... not gonna lie, I'm jealous(;
My average workout lasts for 3 hours. On 6 out of the 7 days a week, so I’d say all of those are my intense work outs. Go hard or go home :) I mix it up when I can with cardio and weight training, just so my body doesn’t get use to the same thing. Today’s workout was 70 minute run on the treadmill, followed by the elliptical and weights, skipping and boxing. Tomorrow I may just do cardio. haha aw thanks, a beast well I try to push myself as hard as I can each day.
