    This is a comparison from January 18th to October 31st. Since I started paleo and being accountable for my diet as I had lost 20+ kgs before this through training and small diet changes. Cutting out junk etc (profile pic is my before before) Started a new meal plan this week. So happy with the results and it’s only day 5! My new aim in life is to have a six pack. Giving myself another 6 months to do it. also i was asked i have lost over 80 pounds and have no saggy skin.

        Are they adorable or what? I think baby Edward, baby Jack, and baby Joker are my favorite.

        I don’t know who the last two are, but the rest are greatt.

        1. Passing your habits onto friends

          My friends and i recently started bowling on friday evenings, then we come back to my place to watch movies n such.
          We end up binging on like 4 bags of big potato chips, m&m’s, and soda. I gain like 4 pounds of water weight and i feel like a slug and its awful.


          Anyway since i started eating healthy this week, tonight is friday and instead, i bought grapes and cheese and i have apples and caramel dip, celery.
          i just think its better for me to stick to my plan right now, even while with friends. I bought things we all like so yeah. I want them to eat better too and not know our fridays as sloth night. A treat is fine but we go way overboard.

          Do you do this?

            These were my favourite cold-weather trousers, they were always tight (you can see the tension on the button and the zipper in the first photo) but I loved them anyway. The last time I wore them was for the March progress photo, then I packed them away with the rest of my winter clothes, and I remember thinking, I bet by the time autumn comes I’ll have reduced enough that these will be fitting well and I’ll be looking pretty hot in them.

            Well… yesterday it was finally chilly enough to dig out the autumn clothes, so I tried the trousers on and… hahahaaa.  Wow. I was actually quite freaked out, I had no idea I’d made that much progress over the summer, nor had I realised just how big I was before. Quite eye-opening, and I was pretty emotional. Nice to be crying in front of the mirror for a happy reason, though.

            Also: I guess I need to go shopping.

                1. Latest weigh-in: 156.1 lbs (70.8kg) down from 181 lbs (81kg) - I’m 5 ft 7 by the way.

                  slowly getting there! Only 2lbs from my GW2 and 9lbs from GW3, and just over a stone from my UGW!
